Anna is a fantastic client, she is a jewellery collector and probably a frustrated jeweller who not only collects but also befriends her jewellers. She is not particularly precious about her jewellery, she certainly is a great indicator of the durability of a piece. This necklace has been reworked from an earlier necklace she bought about 4 years ago. She wanted it longer and asymmetrical.

The Gravity Series is an on going body of necklaces that uses simple rings hanging from beading. The latest gravity work i have been pinning pearls to the rings. This necklace is made from 14-15mm silver fresh water pearls and clear quartz threaded with black silk. The silver rings are rhodium plated so they wont require and cleaning. $850.

One off chain experiment, extending links with long silver drops.looking at the idea that the chain link can be both functional and decorative.it looks quite deco to me. i think many deco works also experimented with the idea of the decorative incorporated in the actual construction requierments of the piece.
